43rd Culver Tennis Tournament 2010 Results

There were 42 participants in the 43rd annual Culver Tennis Tournament which was held, August 7th and 8th. The tournament was held at the Culver Academies tennis facilities, and was blessed with splendid weather.

Women's Doubles Trophy - Jenifer Foxworthy and Julie Thompson

Men's Doubles Intermediate - Max Hungerford and Chuck Pocock

Men's Doubles Advanced - Leon Huskey and Doug Muzzillo

Mixed Doubles Intermediate - Phyllis Pyke and Jim Pyke

Mixed Doubles Advanced - Julie Thompson and Stu Roberts

Women's Singles - Jenifer Foxworthy

Men's Singles Intermediate - Jake Gedrimas

Men's Singles Advanced - Bill McLane

2010 Awards

Best dressed was won (once again) by Jenifer Foxworthy.

The oil can award went to Jim Peterson (once again) as the oldest of several bicycle accident victims who participated in the tournament.

The best sport award went to Laura Gedrimas who pleasantly accommodated several event roster changes.

The hostess statue was presented in appreciation to this year's awards party host, Agnes Bramfeld.
